Address: 116 B Foreman Dr Lafayette, LA 70506 (Located inside of Jude Darbonne Salon) PAYMENTS: •A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment. •You must enter in your card information in order to secure your appointment. •Deposit amounts are listed below each service online. If you do not pay a deposit, your appointment will be canceled. •Remaining balance can be paid in cash, any debit/credit card or card on file. •I do not accept Venmo, cashapp, zelle or PayPal for payment. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: •Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your appointment. •Appointments canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours will result in being charged 50% of the service. •Same day cancellations/reschedules must pay 75% of the service. •No call/No shows will be charged 90% of the service. •You are allowed one reschedule per deposit. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required for each reschedule. Any cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. LATE POLICY: •You have a 10 minute grace period to arrive if you are running late. Please communicate with me. •After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 90% of the service to the card on file. If your card declines, you will be banned from booking any future appointments. •I ask that you please be respectful of my time, business and others. Thank you! •Please note that full sets can take between 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Quality work does take time.
